What's the Container fund? We used to store our festival equipment—tarps, pavilions, tables, etc.—in the basement of Ramblewood's white house. As a storage space, the basement had several issues, including serious dampness and the fact that it couldn't be properly secured. As a result, we lost items both to mildew and water damage and to other groups that borrowed our equipment and failed to return it. Our solution to this problem was to purchase and install a cargo container.

Our new container was delivered, installed, and painted at Beltane 2006, and we completed the sorting and moving process at FSG XXI. Special thanks to Fred, who took lead on research and site prep; Geoff, who took lead on fundraising; and all of the Beltane and FSG community service folks that made it happen.
