The place of ideas, inspiration, and motivation. The place to create foundation, form, and structure. The eye of the storm, the rock in the tempest, and the lotus on the torrent. The place of builders, creators, and those who form.
The Hearth is laid.
Who will come to build the temple around it? Who will give the sweat of their brow, their blood, their flesh, or the labor of their heart? Who will make manifest the dream?
Around the Hearth gather the Temple Builders.
Be you Keeper or Devotee or Attendant, this is a place where are all welcome. Together, we will build the Temple of Venus, imbue it with our love, and consecrate it in a special Temple Builders ritual on Wednesday night. We will make the space for The Fires of Venus to burn bright!

Keepers of the Hearth
Aurora Shimmering has produced sacred sexuality and ordeal rituals, workshops, events, and scenes since 2002. Whether priestess, organizer, teacher, guardian, counselor, or witness, her strength lies in sharing knowledge and encouraging others to live up to their fullest potential. Her interests include deepening relationships, integrating Tantra and energy work with sexuality, power exchange relationship dynamics, and spiritual growth through ordeal and BDSM, including bondage, fire play, piercing, and suspension. Aurora is President of Sacred Mark Sanctuary and
ritual coordinator for Fires of Venus.

For more than a decade, Abraham Street has been an educator and facilitator of everything from body modification to spirituality to kink, sometimes merging all three together. Abraham is a performing artist, Reiki master, ritual drummer, and a past professional body mod artist. With interests including BDSM, Tantra, D/s and M/s relationships, rigging, and sacred sexuality, Abraham offers his unique and sacred/profane view on subjects ranging from blood play to energy play and beyond. As Vice-President of Sacred Mark Sanctuary, he works to help people connect their bodies and spirits through ritual and ordeal. He serves the Temple as Keeper of the Hearth, acting as priest, director, and MC for the ritual team.
