Bellydance for Teens - The Wicked Isabelle
Bellydance is fun, but challenging, and can be danced to any musical selection. In this class, we will learn the basics of belly dance, and some fun combos to take to the fire circle or the dance floor. This workshop is intended for all levels, whether you are brand new or you are looking to get some practice in during the week. You may want to bring water, a yoga mat, and a towel. Please do not overexert or push yourself past your limits. Let's have fun, and look breathtaking while doing so!

Casting Lots - YA Staff
This workshop is designed to offer you insight on how to Cast Lots. You will learn a basic history and several applications. Plus, we will make a simple set of Casting Lots and work with them during a Practicum.

Drum Circle for Teens - YA Staff
Drumming is more than just a Native American hobby. Drums and their rhythms can build energy and enhance our feelings of positive vitality. This workshop is designed to introduce the beginner to understand how the Drum can be used, and we'll learn a few basic Drum patterns. A basic Drum Meditation will also be taught.

The Elements - YA Staff
We'll learn about the classical four Elements—Earth, Air, Fire, and Water—and some ways to use them in magical spellwork and in ritual.

Game Time - YA Staff
Come play board or roleplaying games. We'll have some, or you can bring yours.

Let's Get Vulgar! - Lord Fairy Bottom Educifer
This is a Workshop designed to take cuss words in use today and discover their roots and etymology. We will learn how they evolved from their original or principal meanings to today's most popular slang. This is also intended to be a safe space for Teens to freely express their verbiage. Parental consent is required for this class. Please bring your parent/guardian to the Teen Place (aka TVR) any day between 1:30p and 6:30p to sign your slip.

Making Friendship Bracelets - YA Staff
This crafty Workshop teaches you how to make basic Friendship Bracelets. We will talk about the brief history of bracelets in general and get to the crafting, using colored strings and yarns. Colors have magical energies, so that will be covered as well. Knowing the magical energies of various colors lets you create a bracelet that befits a special friend or a family member. No experience is necessary.

Meet the Pantheons - YA Staff
In keeping with FSG's theme of “Many Paths,” we have a list of five pantheons to choose from: Sumerian, Celtic, Egyptian, Mayan, and Norse. However, we only have four days, so, we'll have to pick. We'll learn some history, some mythology, and some of the ways that each of these pantheons is relevant to 21st-century people.

Moon Magic - YA Staff
We'll cover the physical and metaphysical aspects of the Moon and its energy, and some lunar folklore, including the many names for each Full Moon around the wheel of the year.

Rohrschach Scrying - Lord Fairy Bottom Educifer
In this workshop, we will learn the history of Rohrschach Ink blots and how they are made. Then we will create our own and then scry them for ourselves and each other. This unique workshop was designed as a new form of Scrying for Mystic Circle in the Blue Ridge Mountain Clan. Join us for this unique form of divination. This is not intended to be psychiatric tool; it is meant for Scrying or Divination only.

Sabbats - YA Staff
We will be learning about the eight Sabbats on the Wheel of the Year. We will learn a little bit of history of these events and get some basic knowledge of what each means and what to expect from each. We'll also talk a little about how, while the Sabbats fall on specific dates, they also relate to specific Astrological points.

Silent Tea Ritual - Lord Fairy Bottom Educifer
We will take a silent moment to unwind and reflect using a simple meditation using various teas. Before we start the ritual, we will learn a brief history of the ritual form, and then choose a tea. Please let us know about any allergies you're aware of at the beginning of the class.

Smudging - YA Staff
Smudging has been used by shamans and other practitioners for millennia. We will briefly cover some history and techniques, and what kinds of tools are used. We'll also talk about some of the many different types of herbs used, aromas, properties, and energies. We will go over basic grounding techniques associated with different types of Smudge. No experience is necessary. Teens who wish to can participate in Opening and Main Rituals and the Intentional Night at the fire by helping to smudge the participants. Please let us know about any allergies you're aware of at the beginning of the class.

Teen Dance - YA Staff
Come all you crazy teens to the Teen Space for a last night of fun at FSG.

Teen Meet and Greet - YA Staff
This is a time for the Teens to meet and greet each other, to catch up with each other from last year, or meet new faces. Beverages and light snacks will be provided. Teens are welcome to bring additional beverages and snacks to share.

Teen Movie Night - YA Staff
Join us in the Teen Space; we'll pick-a-flick and enjoy some snacks.

Teen Pool Party - YA Staff
This is a special time slot just for the Teens. We will have an hour of Teen-only time for swimming, playing, and socializing in the pool. A lifeguard and the YA staff will be in attendance. Please remember that only water is allowed inside the pool fence.

Teen Talk Time - YA Staff
Got something on your mind? Here's a place to talk about it. No obligations; no judgments; no drama. Be who you are when you are here. Expect to learn, live, laugh, and love to the best of your ability within your personal definition. We will set time aside to go over peer pressures, school issues, and anything that comes up.

Totem Animals - YA Staff
Totem Animals come to us with messages of insight and prognostication. When a specific Animal crosses your path, there is a reason. Understanding the animal on the mundane level can help you understand its purpose on the Spiritual—and then the message becomes evident. At the end, a special meditation will be offered to help you look for your Power Animal. Who you find will probably surprise you.

Weather Magic - YA Staff
In this exciting workshop, we'll cover various aspects of weather conditions that you can work with, from Sunny Days to Thunderstorms. There is also specific magic you can work based on the Season.
