5 Parts of Self Protocol - Jim Welch
This is a 5-round sweat focused solely on personal healing and purification. The Four Elements plus Spirit and their relationship to the Self lead us into the Cauldron of Rebirth. Ivo Domínguez, Jr. is the author of this protocol. Please note that I pour a “wet” lodge. (Tradition: Wiccan; Temp: Hot; For: All; Herbs: Lavender, rose, moon flower, ethiopian mixture, myrrh, frankincense, copal, sandalwood.)

Northern Tradition Sweat - Joshua Tenpenny
Focusing on the Nordic creation myth, we will do three rounds: for the Ancestors, for the Community, and for the Gods. Any Nordic/Germanic deity or spirit may be hailed, or spirits of nature if you don't know any of those. Beginners are welcome as long as they can take the heat—this will be a hot one. (Tradition: Northern Tradition; Temp: Very Hot; For: All; Herbs: Mugwort, Juniper, Birch.)

Our Whole Selves - Firesong
Wholeness can be achieved at any time and any point in our lives. Sometimes we rejoice in our totality. Sometimes we forget how whole we are and need to re-establish our balance. This sweat will have four rounds focusing on the wholeness of our bodies, our minds, our spiritual selves, and our social contacts. This sweat is beginner-friendly. (Tradition: Personal; Temp: Moderate; For: All; Herbs: White sage, lavender, osha, sweetgrass, sagebrush.)

Sacred Stonepeople's Lodge - David White Feather
A four round lodge that moves from the personal to the Universal. The first half of the ceremony offers participants the opportunity to pray about their individual lives, releasing what is unnecessary and inviting what is helpful, all with the emphasis on improving one's compassion and integrity. The second half offers the opportunity to pray for all things, honor the Earth Mother, and silently connect.

This lodge works best when vulnerability is expressed. Please come with an open heart (or at least knowing that potential exists in the lodge). Think about what you want and don't want in your life. Think about your relations (without agenda). How can you love better, be more gentle with yourself, kind to your family (and your enemies)? How can you live more consciously?

Please note: Women on their moontime need to speak with David personally prior to the lodge.
(Tradition: Sun Bear, Native, Eclectic; Temp: Hot; For: All; Herbs: Cedar, Sage, Sweet grass, Tobacco, Bear root, Amber gris, occasional others. Adjustments can be made to accommodate those with allergies.)

Stone People Lodge - Michael G Smith
Mother Evelyn Eaton's protocol using Sun Bear's cosmology as taught by Shiverah Stonewater. A Four Round sweat focusing on the personal and the community. We call upon the four Spirit Keepers to aid us in letting go, taking in, and looking both inside and outside. (Tradition: Sun Bear; Temp: Hot; For: All; Herbs: Cedar, white sage, sweet grass, copal, and others; no cinnamon nor mints.)

Wiccan 5 Parts of Self - Leanne Pemburn
This sweat is 5 rounds, and designed for self work. We will structure our work around the 5 Elements corresponding to the 5 Parts of Self: Air/Mind, Fire/Soul&Will, Water/Heart, Earth/Body, and Ether/Spirit. Come prepared to release, rebirth, and transform. (Tradition: ASW; Temp: Hot; For: All; Herbs: Lavender, sage, rose, frankincense, myrrh, mugwort, dittany of crete, breuzhino, copal, cedar, sandalwood, sweetgrass, dragons blood, rowan berries.)
