Crossroads Sweat - Firesong
The crossroads are our choices. In this sweat, we'll focus on the points and paths regarding our person, our families/friends, our society, and our Spirits. We'll call upon Crossroads Spirits as our guides to help us in our decisions. (Tradition: Eclectic; Temp: Moderate; For: All; Herbs: sweetgrass, osha, white sage, kinickkinick)

Native-Based Sweat Lodge Ceremony - David Wonderlin
This is a Native American based sweat lodge welcoming people of all traditions. It is a four round lodge, where each round honors a direction and an element. Participants will have the opportunity to pray for themselves, their friends and family, Earth Mother, and all things. There will also be time for quiet contemplation in the darkness of the Mother's womb. Folks are encouraged to come with an open heart and allow themselves to be vulnerable. (Tradition: Sun Bear/Beautiful Painted Arrow; Temp: Hot; For: All; Herbs: Cedar, Sage, Sweet Grass, Copal, Amber, Lavender, Osha, Dragon's Blood)

Wiccan Five Parts of Self - Arcta Firebringer
This lodge is based on Wiccan principles and the model of five parts of self, corresponding to the Five Traditional Elements: Air/Mind, Fire/Will, Water/Heart, Earth/Body and Spirit. A sweat is an ordeal ritual of transformation, of death and rebirth, and this lodge is specifically for self-work. Come prepared to delve deeply: we will be giving away that which we no longer need, and asking for what we need and want going into our new lives, in the framework of the Elements.

This lodge is beginner friendly, and it will be as hot as it needs to be. (Tradition: Wiccan; Temp: Hot; For: 18+; Herbs: Lavender, sage, frankincense, mugwort, dittany of crete, rose. Will discuss with participants prior to the lodge.)
