Babylon's Temple
Visitors are welcome to enter the sanctuary area and visit the shrine of Babylon, The Great Mystery. Seekers may meditate and/or leave offerings for themselves or loved ones at Babylon’s lavish altar. Several screened areas will be available for those who wish to ground and center themselves with additional privacy as time permits. Babylon’s Temple can be an ideal place to ground and center after a hard day’s work or play!
The Pink Sphinx cordially invites seekers from all paths, sexual orientations, and gender identities to visit the Temple of Babylon during their stay at Beltane. The Temple will be open for approximately 4 hours every evening. Our staff will be happy to offer divination, informal counseling and energy work/assistance during visiting hours. During visiting hours, seekers may wish to request erotic consultation with the Priestess or her Assistant Priest. They also welcome questions related to sacred sexual path working, and are happy to assist or redirect seekers to additional resources to the best of their ability.
You’ll know that visiting hours have begun when our welcome sign is posted at the door and the lights around the Babylon’s Star banner are lit. When hours conclude for the night, the lights will be extinguished and our welcome sign will be removed.
The Temple staff request that all seekers check in with our Hospitality Engineer before entering the space to receive a blessing and brief orientation about our Temple.
Babylon’s Temple is also pleased to announce that we will once again be scheduling Open House every day around a different mealtime! For more details, check out the snazzy Babylon’s Temple Schedule of Events (included with your program). Our daily Open house is a great time to casually drop by with any questions you may have about Babylon’s Temple, such as what we offer to the Beltane community, and information about volunteering as a member of our staff!
The Pink Sphinx will be offering her scheduled classes at the Temple during regular programming hours. We are also pleased to be hosting other presenters’ classes this year! .
